Starting from 5th of May the name of Šiaulių bankas was changed to Artea bankas. With this, the bank’s subsidiary SB Draudimas was renamed Artea Life Insurance and UAB Artea Life Insurance Estonian branch provides life insurance services in Estonia.

Artea bankas` shares have been publicly traded since 1994 and at the end of 2006 they were included in the main list of Nasdaq Vilnius.
The UAB Artea Life Insurance Estonia branch will service the existing portfolio of contracts taken over from the INVL Life Estonia branch until their liabilities expire.
01.12.2023 SB Draudimas took over INVL Life Estonia’s life insurance business in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Prior to the name of INVL Life, contracts were concluded on behalf of the following companies: Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited Estonian branch, Mandatum Life Insurance Baltic SE, SE Sampo Life Insurance Baltic, AS Sampo Elukindlustus, AS Sampo Eesti Elukindlustus.
Your policy may have been concluded with one of these companies and is now in UAB Artea Life Insurance`s portfolio.
Artea Life Insurance Estonian Branch does not conclude new contracts.
The Invalda INVL group and the Šiaulių Bankas group have signed a retail service business merger agreement. SB Draudimas took over INVL’s life insurance business in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
