Šiaulių bankas was renamed Artea bankas on 5th of May. With this change, the bank’s subsidiary SB Draudimas was also renamed Artea Life Insurance and the Estonian branch of UAB Artea Life Insurance will offer life insurance services in Estonia.

UAB Artea Life Insurance Estonian Branch will service the existing portfolio of contracts taken over from the INVL Life Estonian Branch until their liabilities expire.

01.12.2023 SB draudimas took over INVL Life Estonia’s life insurance business in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Prior to the name INVL Life, contracts were signed on behalf of: Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited Estonian branch, Mandatum Life Insurance Baltic SE, SE Sampo Life Insurance Baltic, AS Sampo Elukindlustus, AS Sampo Eesti Elukindlustus.

Your policy may have been concluded with one of these companies and is now in the portfolio of Artea Life Insurance Estonia.

Artea Life Insurance Estonian Branch does not conclude new contracts.
