In case of an accident, please notify us of what happened as quickly as possible, preferably within 3 working days of the accident.

Please send signed application with the documents named below to us via E-service environment, by e-mail to  [email protected] or by mail to Keemia 4, 10616 Tallinn.

After submitting the claim report, please submit the following documents to our office:

1. An Application for Indemnity completed by the applicant
2. In case of bone fractures, your X-rays
3. When claiming a disability indemnity, medical documents confirming permanent disability
4. For a work accident, the work accident report
5. For traumas, insurance indemnity will be paid if you have supplementary accident insurance cover with us.
